Lake Isabelle Sunrise Mountain Hike- Adventure Couples Photoshoot, Colorado Elopement Photographer

Indian Peaks Wilderness, Colorado

My husband and I, along with our good friends Molly and Benon, decided to take a sunrise hike to Lake Isabelle, which is a seasonal alpine lake beyond Brainard Lake Recreation Area.

It’s always so much fun to photograph your friends, and we had a blast getting an early start to the weekend! In my opinion, nothing compares to the deep and saturated colors of an alpine sunrise. In mid July, it still felt like the cusp of spring in the mountains.

If you would like more information on how to book with me and get started on planning an epic adventure session, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Late July can look like spring in the mountains! This was a stunning spot for couples photos.

What I love most about photographing in the mountains is the wind!
